Recall Workshop
Do you have a dog that chooses whether they return to you or go and play with another dog? Do you have a “Fenton” – the owner that calls his or her dog but ends up chasing it around trying to catch them? Do you have a dog that as soon as it is off the lead, runs around with other dogs, or runs up to people and dogs (on or off lead) and will not come back when called?
The list can be endless for lack of recall with your dog and if you have answered yes to any of the above, then you and your dog need this workshop.
One of our most popular workshops will teach you the process, skills, best practice and techniques behind recall, giving you and your dog everything you need to master the recall command.
Free your mind from worrying and wondering whether your dog will return to you when called and gain control over your dog at any given time. Recall is also a safety focus too, a lack of control over your dog when it is off lead can constitute breaching the law of having an out of control dog. Having a good recall is not only part of being a responsible dog owner but a relaxed one without the stress.
If you want to implement some clear boundaries and break old habits, control over your dog when off the lead and getting your dog to listen to you with commands, then this course is for you.

What you need to join the class
The recall workshop is for owners and their dog. All dogs must wear a collar and lead (no loose collars) or a harness and an identification tag. Owners will need plenty of dog treats for the lesson.
Owners are reminded that they must remove any fouling which their dog has caused. All dogs should be fully vaccinated.
If your dog comes into contact with an infectious / contagious disease or condition before the course starts, such as kennel cough or mange, you must have your dog checked by a vet before bringing him / her to the class.

We can’t thank Jackie enough for her help settling TJ, our German Shepherd pup, into our family. Jackie didn’t just cover training she also offered invaluable advice on how to find the best food/treats and what essential equipment may be needed, and no question was considered too silly. We’re now looking forward to attending the next course of training and continuing this exciting new journey.
